Shelia Harris typed the entire book in 1997-98, while employed as a student assistant in the Cleveland State University Library. In 2002-3, Jeff Geiger proofed her typed text, converted it into html, scanned the all the images and added the hyperlinks, as his practicum project here from the Kent State School of Library and Information Science.
